Minutes of Proceedings
It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 97(1), the committee request an extension of thirty (30) sitting days for the consideration of Bill C-323, An Act to amend the Excise Tax Act (mental health services), referred to the committee on September 27, 2023, to give the Bill the consideration it requires and that the Chair present this request to the House.
At 11:16 a.m., the sitting was suspended.
At 11:29 a.m., the sitting resumed in public.
Tiff Macklem made a statement and, with Carolyn Rogers, answered questions.
At 1:04 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
