Karen Hogan, Bob Hamilton, Graham Flack and Judith Robertson made statements and, with Mathieu Lequain, Philippe Le Goff, Marc Lemieux, Mark Perlman, Atiq Rahman, answered questions.

At 12:57 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
