The committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to committee business.

It was agreed, — That the correspondence of the Law Clerk and Parliamentary Counsel of the House, received on December 10, 2020, be made public.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the committee on Monday, October 26, 2020, the committee resumed its study of the Patented Medicine Prices Review Board’s guidelines.

The witnesses made statements and answered questions.

At 3:04 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 3:06 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Pursuant to the order of reference of Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the committee commenced consideration of Bill C-210, An Act to amend the Canada Revenue Agency Act (organ and tissue donors).

The Chair called Clause 1.

The committee commenced its clause-by-clause study of the Bill.

On Clause 1,

Francesco Sorbara moved, — That Bill C-210, in Clause 1, be amended by

(a) replacing lines 7 to 9 on page 1 with the following:

“provincial or territorial government to collect any information that the province or”

(b) replacing lines 15 and 16 on page 1 with the following:

“in accordance with the agreement if that individual authorized the Agency to provide”

After debate, the question was put on the amendment of Francesco Sorbara and it was negatived on the following recorded division:
