Minutes of Proceedings
The committee resumed consideration of a draft report.
It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions of no longer than 10 pages be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the Clerk of the Committee, no later than Friday, February 12, 2021.
It was agreed, — That the committee undertake a study of all aspects of Covid-19 spending and programs; that each party submit their designated witness list proportionate to the percentage of members of the committee; and that the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure be empowered to schedule the discussions of the study on spending and programs.
At 1:45 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
