Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h) and the motion adopted by the committee on Friday, December 11, 2020, the committee resumed its study on the protection of privacy and reputation on platforms such as Pornhub.

It was agreed, — That the draft report, as amended, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the report be entitled: "Ensuring the Protection of Privacy and Reputation on Platforms such as Pornhub".

It was agreed, — That the Chair, the clerk and analysts be authorized to make such grammatical and editorial changes as may be necessary without changing the substance of the report.

It was agreed, — That, pursuant to Standing Order 109, the committee request that the government table a comprehensive response to the report.

It was agreed, — That dissenting or supplementary opinions be in Calibri 12-point font, left aligned, single-spaced, and be submitted electronically, in both official languages, to the clerk of the committee, not later than 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 15, 2021.

It was agreed, — That the documents provided to the clerk by Pornhub/Mindgeek in accordance with the motions dated Friday, February 19, 2021, be retained by the clerk’s office until the end of the Second Session of the 43rd Parliament, and thereafter be destroyed.

ORDERED, — That the Chair present the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk and analysts of the committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a news release for publication on the committee’s website and for distribution upon presentation of the report to the House.

It was agreed, — That the clerk of the committee make the necessary arrangements for a press conference to be held after the presentation of the committee's report to the House and that the committee be represented by the Chair and a representative from each party.

It was agreed, — That the Chair present the report to the House if there is sufficient time to do so prior to the summer adjournment period, or in the event that the House has already adjourned, that the committee seek permission to deposit the report with the Clerk of the House at any time during adjournment.

It was agreed, — That pursuant to Standing Order 111.1(1), and the Certificate of Nomination, the committee invite the Privacy Commissioner to appear at the earliest opportunity.

At 1:07 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
