At 4:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Patty Rosher, by videoconference from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Katie Ward, and Martin Caron, by videoconference from Longueuil, Quebec, made statements, and with David Tougas, answered questions.

At 5:32 p.m., the committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
