Ms. Chagger (Leader of the Government in the House of Commons) for Mr. Garneau (Minister of Transport), seconded by Mr. Champagne (Minister of Infrastructure and Communities), moved, — That the amendments made by the Senate to Bill C-64, An Act respecting wrecks, abandoned, dilapidated or hazardous vessels and salvage operations, be now read a second time and concurred in.
