Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First Responders.

Nicholas Carleton by videoconference from Regina, Saskatchewan, and Mike Dadson, by videoconference from Langley, British Colombia, made statements and answered questions.

At 11:48 a.m., Matthew Dubé took the Chair.

At 11:51 a.m., Robert Oliphant took the Chair.

At 12:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 12:08 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Donna Ferguson, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, and Judith Pizarro Andersen made statements and answered questions.

On motion of Matthew Dubé, it was agreed, — That the budget in the amount of $38,700, for the Committee's study on Operational Stress Injuries and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Public Safety Officers and First responders be adopted.

At 1:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
