Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, September 27, 2017, the Committee commenced consideration of Bill C-21, An Act to amend the Customs Act.

The Minister made a statement and, with the other witnesses, answered questions.

At 9:45 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:48 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Martin Bolduc, Sébastien Aubertin-Giguère and Andrew Lawrence answered questions.

At 9:57 a.m., Pierre Paul-Hus took the Chair.

At 10:03 a.m., the Hon. John McKay took the Chair.

At 10:40 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
