Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 4, 2016, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-22, An Act to establish the National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians and to make consequential amendments to certain Acts.

Luc Portelance and Anil Kapoor made statements and answered questions.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Peter Edelman, by videoconference from Surrey, British Columbia, and Richard Fadden made statements and answered questions.
