Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Tuesday, October 30, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the record suspension program (M-161).

Daryl Churney made a statement and, with Brigitte Lavigne and Angela Arnet Connidis, answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Louise Lafond, Catherine Latimer and Rodney Small made statements and answered questions.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
