Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Subcommittee on Tuesday, December 11, 2018, the Subcommittee resumed its study of women human rights defenders.

Joshua Cooper, by videoconference from London, England, and Fernanda Elena San Martin Carrasco, by videoconference from La Paz, Bolivia, made statements and answered questions.

At 1:59 p.m., the Subcommittee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
