At 10:20 a.m., the sitting resumed.
It was agreed, — That, in relation to the Commonwealth Association of Public Accounts (CAPAC) Conference and the 2017 Westminster Workshop for Public Accounts Committees that precedes the Conference, the proposed budget in the amount of $22,375.16 for the travel of three members and one staff member of the Committee to London, United Kingdom, from December 3 to 8, 2017, be adopted.
It was agreed, — That the Department of Citizenship and Immigration be invited to appear before the Committee on Thursday, October 19, 2017. in relation to the Fifteenth Report of the Committee, entitled "Report 2, Detecting and Preventing Fraud in the Citizenship Program, of the Spring 2016 Reports of the Auditor General of Canada"'.
At 10:50 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
