The Chair presented the Fourth Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows:
Your Subcommittee met on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1.That the Subcommittee meet again on Thursday, May 30, 2019, from 10:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.;
2.That the Chair, after consulting the Committee’s calendar and determining members’ obligations with respect to other standing committees, report to the Subcommittee, at its meeting of Thursday, May 30, 2019, on possible dates between now and the summer adjournment on which the Committee could consider Bill C-266, An Act to amend the Criminal Code (increasing parole ineligibility); and
3.That the analysts be instructed to prepare a list of suggested witnesses for the consideration of Bill C-266.
It was agreed, — That the Fourth Report of the Subcommittee be concurred in.
