At 9:44 a.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 9:49 a.m., the sitting resumed.

Carolyn Bennett made a statement and, with Alex Lakroni and Diane Lafleur, answered questions.

At 10:45 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
