Pursuant to the Order of Reference of Wednesday, February 7, 2018, the Committee resumed consideration of Bill C-262, An Act to ensure that the laws of Canada are in harmony with the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Perry Bellegarde made a statement and, with Jennifer Preston and Jed Johns, answered questions.

At 4:36 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:40 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Edward John, Craig Benjamin, Marie-Claude Landry and Valerie Phillips made statements and answered questions.

At 5:32 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
