The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code (harassment and violence), the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act and the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 1, the Committee meet outside its regular schedule on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, Thursday, February 22, 2018, Monday, February 26, 2018, and Wednesday, February 28, 2018.

It was agreed, — That, notwithstanding the routine motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 concering the distribution of documents, the Clerk of the Committee be authorized to distribute Committee documents relative to the study of Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code (harassment and violence), the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act and the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 1 to Karine Trudel, M.P.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code (harassment and violence), the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act and the Budget Implementation Act, 2017, No. 1, notwithstanding the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, January 31, 2018, each party submit its prioritized witness list to the Clerk of the Committee no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2018.

Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, May 4, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of advancing inclusion and quality of life for Canadian seniors.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 4:49 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:57 p.m., the sitting resumed.

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

At 5:43 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
