Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of experiential learning and pathways to employment for Canadian youth.

Duncan Sinclair, by videoconference from Vancouver, British Columbia and Annette Bergeron made statements.

At 4:28 p.m., by unanimous consent and pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

Scott Hillier and Andrea Ross made statements.

At 4:42 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:15 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Andrea Ross and Andrew Cash made statements and, with Annette Bergeron and Scott Hillier, answered questions.

At 5:43 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:45 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the Main Estimates 2018-19, the Committee invite the Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, the Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, and the Minister of Sports and Persons with Disabilities; that the Committee request that the Ministers appear for questions from all members on or before Wednesday, June 13, 2018.

At 5:51 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
