Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, November 9, 2017, the Committee resumed its study of experiential learning and pathways to employment for Canadian youth.

Mary Collins, by videoconference from Edmonton, Alberta, Terence Snooks, Sarah Watts-Rynard, Tim McEwan and Nobina Robinson made statements and, with Matthew Henderson, answered questions.

At 5:15 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:18 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That the Committee proceed with clause-by-clause consideration of Bill C-62, An Act to amend the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act and other Acts on Monday, May 28, 2018.

It was agreed, — That the proposed budget in the amount of $4,400, for the study of Bill C-62, An Act to amend the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations Act and other Acts, be adopted.

It was agreed, — That the Committee publish the letter of Friday, April 13, 2018 from the Hon. Patty Hajdu, Minister of Employment, Workforce Development and Labour, on its website.

At 5:26 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
