Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of violence faced by health care workers in hospitals, long-term care facilities and in home care settings.

James Brophy and Margaret Keith, by videoconference from Emeryville, Ontario, Mary Schulz, by videoconference from Toronto, Ontario, Adriane Gear, by videoconference from Burnaby, British Columbia, and Henrietta Van hulle made statements and, with Moninder Singh, by videoconference from Burnaby, British Columbia, answered questions.

At 5:06 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:08 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to give drafting instructions to the analyst for a report.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:31 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
