Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Northern Cod Stock.

It was agreed, — That 10 minutes be reserved for Commitee Business at the end of today's meeting.

Brett Favaro, Jeffrey Hutchings, Joshua Laughren and Alan Sinclair, by videoconference from Nanoose Bay, British Colombia, made statements and, with Robert Rangeley answered questions.

At 5:16 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:19 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:33 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
