Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Monday, June 3, 2019, the Committee commenced its study of third party habitat banking framework for implementation in Canada.

Marian Weber, by videoconference from Edmonton, Alberta, David Poulton, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, and David Mark Wells made statements and answered questions.

At 4:27 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Paul Norris, by videoconference from North Bay, Ontario, and Daniel Gibson made statements and answered questions.

At 5:22 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:23 p.m., the sitting resumed in camera.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

At 5:24 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
