Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of the Regulation of the West Coast fisheries.

Dave Moore, by videoconference from Victoria, British Columbia, James Lawson, Ryan Edwards, Arthur Black Sr. and Arthur Black Jr. made statements and answered questions.

At 4:30 p.m., Fin Donnelly took the Chair.

At 4:31 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Carl Allen, Michael Barron and Melanie Sonnenberg made statements and answered questions.

At 4:47 p.m., pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.

At 5:02 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
