Kathy Norrie, by videoconference from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Trevor McGowan and Gervais Coulombe made statements and, with Pierre Leblanc and Maude Lavoie, answered questions.

At 5:28 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
