Election of Chair

Pursuant to Standing Order 106(1), the committee met for the purpose of electing a Chair. Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Chair.

On motion of Peter Kent, it was agreed, — That Bob Zimmer be elected Chair of the Committee.

Election of Vice-Chairs

Pursuant to Standing Order 106(2), the Clerk of the Committee presided over the election of a Vice-Chair.

On motion of Nathaniel Erskine-Smith, it was agreed, — That Nathan Cullen be elected Second Vice-Chair of the Committee.

At 3:35 p.m., Bob Zimmer took the Chair.

At 3:36 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
