Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vi) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, the Committee resumed its study of the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA).

The Committee resumed consideration of a draft report.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That, in relation with the motion adopted on February 21, 2017, representatives from the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) be invited to testify for a full meeting as soon as there is an opening in the Committee's work calendar.

It was agreed, — That time be put aside during the meeting of March 23, 2017, to resume consideration of a draft report on the study of the Security of Canada Information Sharing Act (SCISA).

It was agreed, — That the Committee travel to Brussels, Belgium, Wilmslow, England, Paris, France, and Washington D.C., United States of America, in the Fall of 2017, in relation to its study of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

It was agreed, — That the Clerk of the Committee, in consultation with the Chair, prepare a draft budget respecting the Committee's proposed travel, in relation to its study of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), for consideration by the Committee.

At 5:12 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
