Pursuant to Standing Order 108(3)(h)(vii) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, March 22, 2018, the Committee resumed its study of breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook.

The Committee commenced consideration of a draft report.

At 9:05 a.m., Nathaniel Erskine-Smith took the Chair.

The Committee proceeded to the consideration of matters related to Committee business.

It was agreed, — That Zackary Massingham be summoned to appear before the Committee at a time, date, and location to be determined by the Chair and the Clerk of the Committee.

It was agreed, — That, in relation to the study of the breach of personal information involving Cambridge Analytica and Facebook, the proposed modifications to the draft report be submitted to the Clerk of the Committee before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.

At 10:22 a.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
