Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2), the Committee proceeded to a briefing on 2019 Global Assessment from the United Nations Intergovernmental Science-Policy Platform on Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services.

At 4:34 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:35 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 4:38, pursuant to Standing Order 115(5), it was agreed that the Committee continue to sit.
