Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Thursday, June 16, 2016, the Committee resumed its study on immigration measures for the protection of vulnerable groups.

The Hon. Yonah Martin, Audrey Macklin, by videoconference from Windsor, Ontario, and Martin Mark made statements and answered questions.

At 5:05 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:20 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Tarjinder Bhullar, by videoconference from Calgary, Alberta, Narindarpal Singh Kang and Jasdeep S. Mattoo, by videoconference from Surrey, British Columbia, and Balpreet Singh made statements and answered questions.

At 5:44 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 5:45 p.m., the sitting resumed.

At 6:25 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
