Pursuant to Standing Order 108(2) and the motion adopted by the Committee on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, the Committee commenced its study of settlement services across Canada.

David Manicom made a statement and, with Ümit Kiziltan, answered questions.

At 4:33 p.m., the sitting was suspended.

At 4:37 p.m., the sitting resumed.

Queenie Choo, by videoconference from Calagry, Alberta, Matthew Cecchetto and Jean-Guy Bigeau made statements and, with Roukya Abdi-Aden, answered questions.

At 5:36 p.m., the Committee adjourned to the call of the Chair.
