It was agreed, — That the First Report from the Subcommittee on Agenda and Procedure, which read as follows, be concurred in as amended:
Your Subcommittee met on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, to consider to consider the business of the Committee and agreed to make the following recommendations:
1. That the first hour of the meeting on Thursday, November 7, 2013, be dedicated to an in camera briefing session on estimates with relevant officials from the Treasury Board Secretariat; and that the second hour be dedicated to consideration of the present report by the Committee and the planning of future business;
2. That the first hour of the meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2013, be dedicated to a public briefing session on the renovations and associated costs for the Parliamentary Precinct renovation project with relevant officials from the Department of Public Works and Government Services; and that the second hour of the meeting be dedicated to a visit to the work site by the Committee members;
3. That the first hour of the meeting of Thursday, November 21, 2013, be dedicated to an in camera briefing session by the analysts on the review from the 1st session of the 41st Parliament of the process for considering the estimates and supply; and that the second hour, in public, be dedicated to a continuation of this review with relevant officials from the Treasury Board Secretariat;
4. That the meetings of Tuesday, November 26, and Thursday, November 28, as well as Tuesday, December 3, 2013, be dedicated to the consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2013-14, and that the list of organizations invited to appear be as follows: the Treasury Board Secretariat on Tuesday, November 26; the Department of Public Works and Government Services on Thursday, November 28; and the Privy Council Office and Shared Services Canada on Tuesday, December 3, for a one-hour appearance by each of these last two organizations;
5. That, for the meetings on the consideration of the Supplementary Estimates (B) 2013-14, the ministers responsible for the organizations in question be invited to appear, as applicable, as well as relevant officials; and that these meetings be an opportunity to consider the performance reports of these organizations;
6. That the meeting of Thursday, December 5, 2013, be dedicated to the consideration of the mandate and activities of Canada Lands Company with the participation of the Old Port of Montréal Corporation and Downsview Park;
7. That the first hour of the meeting of Tuesday, December 10, 2013, be dedicated to the consideration of the mandate and activities of the Build in Canada Innovation Program; and that the second hour be dedicated to hearing testimony from the President of the Public Service Commission and her officials on her latest annual report and other related reports.
