Pursuant to Standing Order 45, the House proceeded to the taking of the deferred recorded division on the motion of Mr. Coderre (President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada), seconded by Mr. Bélanger (Deputy Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), — That Bill C-25, An Act to establish a procedure for the disclosure of wrongdoings in the public sector, including the protection of persons who disclose the wrongdoings, be referred forthwith to the Standing Committee on Government Operations and Estimates.
