ORDER OF REFERENCE

Extract from the Journals of the House of Commons of Tuesday, December 5, 1995.

By unanimous consent, Mr. Milliken (Parliamentary Secretary to the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded by Mr. Boudria (Glengarry--Prescott--Russell), moved,--That the House, pursuant to Standing Order 119.1(1), authorize the Sub-Committee on HIV/AIDS of the Standing Committee on Health to televise its meetings scheduled for Wednesday, December 6, Wednesday, December 13, and Thursday, December 14, 1995, in accordance with the guidelines pertaining to televising committee proceedings.

The question was put on the motion and it was agreed to.

It was agreed,--That pursuant to the motion creating a Sub-Committee on HIV/AIDS adopted by the Committee on November 3, 1994, the said Sub-Committee be composed as follows: Bernard Patry as Chair, with members Ovid L. Jackson, Harold Culbert, Hedy Fry, Rose-Marie Ur, Réal Ménard, Sharon Hayes and Svend Robinson.
