With regard to the Canada Border Services Agency and inspections of workplaces to ensure compliance with Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations: (a) how many inspections conducted in the last five fiscal years have found illegal workers on construction sites, and, for each such inspection, what were the details, including the (i) number of illegal workers found, (ii) city and province where the raid occurred, (iii) date of the inspection, (iv) name of the company or companies operating the worksite, (v) type of construction project; and (b) if the Canada Border Services Agency does not specifically track inspection by industry, how many total inspections in the last five fiscal years have found illegal workers, and, for each such inspection, what were the details, including the (i) number of illegal workers found, (ii) city and province where the inspection occurred, (iii) date of the inspection, (iv) name of the company or companies involved, (v) type of project?

With regard to the Canada Border Services Agency: how many raids, conducted in the last five fiscal years, have found illegal workers on sites that were fully or partially funded by the government, and for each such raid, what were the details, including the (i) number of illegal workers found, (ii) city and province, (iii) date, (iv) name of the company or companies carrying out the federally funded work, (v) specific federal infrastructure program under which the project was funded?

With regard to government statistics on illegal employment over the last 10 years: (a) how many employers have been investigated for hiring people not entitled to work in Canada, broken down by sector, year, and region; (b) how many employers have been found to have hired people not entitled to work in Canada, broken down by sector, year, and region; (c) how many employers have faced consequences for hiring people not entitled to work in Canada, broken down by sector, year, and region, and by the nature of those consequences; (d) have any of the employers identified in (b) or (c) received government subsidies at any time in the last 10 years; and (e) for (b) and (c), what are the names of those companies?

With regard to disciplinary measures and other consequences imposed by departments and agencies on companies for employing workers who are not eligible to work in Canada: (a) how many companies have faced consequences in each of the last five years; (b) what are the names of the companies that have faced these consequences in each of the last five years; and (c) for each company, how many ineligible workers were employed and what disciplinary action or consequence was received?
