With regard to each meeting of the Treasury Board during the period of November 3, 2015, to April 22, 2016: (a) what was the date of the meeting; (b) where did the meeting occur; (c) who was in attendance; and (d) what was the agenda of the meeting?

With regard to the President of the Treasury Board’s mandate letter, specifically the instruction to ''work with the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons to improve reporting to Parliament'': (a) on what evidence is the assessment that reporting to Parliament needs to be improved based; (b) what steps do the President of the Treasury Board and the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons plan to take to improve reporting to Parliament; (c) on what criteria does the government anticipate success or failure of attempts to improve reporting to Parliament will be judged; (d) what consultations with the Official Opposition and other parties have the President of the Treasury Board and the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons undertaken or plan to undertake regarding improving reporting to Parliament; (e) at what intervals does the government anticipate the President of the Treasury Board will report to Parliament on efforts to improve reporting to Parliament; (f) what specific goals or deliverables has the President of the Treasury Board determined for the state of reporting to Parliament; and (g) if the President of the Treasury Board has not yet determined the specific goals or deliverables in (f), when does he anticipate he will do so and inform Parliament as to their nature or content?

With regard to contracts under $10 000 granted by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat since January 1, 2016: what are the (i) vendors' names, (ii) contracts' reference and file numbers, (iii) dates of the contracts, (iv) descriptions of the services provided, (v) delivery dates, (vi) original contracts' values, (vii) final contracts' values if different from the original contracts' values?

With respect to the document “Allocations from Treasury Board Central Votes for Supplementary Estimates (A), 2018-19”, published online: (a) for each allocation from “Vote 25 – Operating Budget Carry Forward” and “Vote 35 – Capital Budget Carry Forward” to a given “Organization”, what is the corresponding “Authority”; and (b) why are authorities listed proactively for each allocation under “Vote 5 – Government Contingencies” and “Vote 40 – Budget Implementation”, but not those under “Vote 25 – Operating Budget Carry Forward” and “Vote 35 – Capital Budget Carry Forward”?

With regard to contracts under $10,000 granted by the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, since January 1, 2017: what are the (i) vendors' names, (ii) contracts' reference and file numbers, (iii) dates of the contracts, (iv) descriptions of the services provided, (v) delivery dates, (vi) original contracts' values, (vii) final contracts' values if different from the original contracts' values?

With regard to every decision made by the Treasury Board to reprofile money from one departmental program or activity to another, for the period of November 3, 2015, to April 22, 2016: (a) which department made the application; (b) on what date was the decision made; (c) which program or activity was the money reprofiled from; and (d) to which program or activity was the money reprofiled?

With regard to the allocations from Treasury Board Central votes for central vote 40 in the Main Estimates 2018-19: (a) what are the project breakdowns for the funding committed under the following initiatives, namely (i) Securing Market Access for Canada’s Agriculture and Agri-Food Products, (ii) Strengthening Canada’s Food Safety System, (iii) Canada’s Co-chairmanship of the G-20 Framework Working Group, (iv) Sustainable Aquaculture Program, (v) Ensuring Rules-Based and Responsible Trade (horizontal item), (vi) Indigenous Health: Keeping Families Healthy in Their Communities, (vii) Renewing the Matrimonial Real Property Implementation Support Program, (viii) Improving Access to the Digital Economy, (ix) Adapting Canada’s Weather and Water Services to Climate Change Ensuring the Safe Operation of Tankers, (x) Strengthening Capacity for Environmental Assessments, (xi) National Research Council, (xii)Strengthening the Canadian Judiciary; and (b) of the initiatives listed in (a), (i) what are the full-time equivalents required for each project operating under each initiative, (ii) what is the estimated run-time for each project operating under each initiative, (iii) what is the expected amount of top-up for each project under each initiative, (iv) what is the class for Assessed Project Management Capacity for each project under each initiative, (v) what are the risk and complexity assessments for each project under each initiative, (vi) which of the projects under each initiative listed require third party evaluation?

With regard to the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces' Treasury Board submissions, for each fiscal year from 2014 to present: (a) how many submissions were approved for (i) capital equipment projects, (ii) infrastructure, (iii) information management and information technology; (b) for each item in (a), what is the title and value of each submission; and (c) did any of the submissions in (b) refer to article 506.11(a) in the Agreement on Internal Trade and, if so, which ones?

With regard to the Treasury Board Secretariat’s YouTube video titled “Cracking the Code” released on May 30, 2018: (a) how much was spent to create the video; (b) was an actor or actress paid to do the voice-over for the video and, if so, how much was the actor or actress paid; and (c) how many full-time equivalents worked on the video from development to publication?

With regard to the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency and an agreement in principle they signed on September 23, 2017: when does the government anticipate that the Treasury Board Secretariat will ratify the agreement?

With regard to disbursements through the Treasury Board Secretariat for trustee fees, in order to establish and maintain a blind trust, since November 4, 2015: (a) did the Minister of Finance claim any such expenses; and (b) if the answer to (a) is affirmative, what are the amounts?

With regard to every meeting between department-specific Treasury Board analysts and Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, Infrastructure Canada, Employment and Social Development Canada, and Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada from October 19, 2015, to present: (i) what was the date, (ii) what topics were discussed during the meeting, (iii) which individuals were present, (iv) were the results reported to senior staff (Director General or higher)?

With regard to the $545 million of Treasury Board Secretariat funding allocated to “paylist requirements” in Supplementary Estimates (C) 2016-17: (a) how was this amount calculated; and (b) what are the “paylist requirements”, broken down line by line, being accommodated by this funding?
