With regard to funding for emergency towing services on the West Coast, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, under the Department of National Defence: (a) what is the total amount of funding allocated for these services; (b) what is the intended purpose of this funding, including the specific objectives, operational scope and expected outcomes; (c) what are the full details of all contracts issued under this allocation, including, for each, the (i) contract amount, (ii) name of the vendor or service provider, (iii) duration or term of the contract, (iv) clear description of the goods or services procured; and (d) what are the details of the tows which have occurred under these contracts, including, for each operation, the (i) date, (ii) type and name of the vessel or asset towed, (iii) location of the operation?

With regard to funding provided to the Canada Revenue Agency for the purpose of administering the expansion of the federal fuel charge program to the Atlantic provinces, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26: (a) what is the total amount of funding allocated or spent to administer this expansion in the current fiscal year; and (b) what specific activities, services or administrative functions are being funded through this allocation?

With regard to funding for the Presidency of the G7 Summit in Canada under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, and all funding provided for this file since its creation: (a) how much funding has been allocated, committed, and spent each year since its creation; (b) what are the details of all expenditures, including the (i) amount, (ii) date of the expenditure, (iii) recipient organization or department, (iv) purpose or activity funded; and (c) which government official or position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is responsible for oversight and decision-making regarding this funding?

With regard to the funding for the Crisis Pool Quick Release Mechanism under the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development, as referenced in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26, and all funding provided through this mechanism since its creation: (a) what is the purpose, mandate, and operational function of the Crisis Pool Quick Release Mechanism; (b) how much funding has been allocated, committed, and spent through this mechanism each year since its creation; (c) what are the details of all expenditures made through this mechanism, including the (i) amount, (ii) date of the expenditure, (iii) recipient organization or company, (iv) purpose or activity funded; (d) were any third-party contractors, service providers, or implementing partners engaged through this mechanism, and, if so, what are the details, including (i) the name of the provider, (ii) the amount of the contract, (iii) the date and duration, (iv) whether the contract was awarded competitively or sole-sourced; and (e) which government official or position at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is responsible for oversight and decision-making regarding this funding?

With regard to all reinvestments of sales, royalties, and revenues by the government as noted in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26: what is the detailed and itemized breakdown of how that money was reinvested, including, for each expenditure, the Treasury Board object code associated with each expenditure and the associated amounts?

With regard to the funding for the federal health claims processing services contract, as noted in the Supplementary Estimates (B), 2025-26 for Veterans Affairs Canada: (a) what is the total amount spent on this contract since its inception, including which vendor or contractor was awarded the contract; (b) what are the details of all expenditures related to this contract, including the (i) amount spent, (ii) dates of the expenditures, (iii) purpose of the expenditures; and (c) who performed the work under the contract, including a description of the work which was carried out?
