With regard to section 31 of the Conflict of Interest Act: (a) what are the details of all administration of blind trust related costs which were incurred by and reimbursed to public office holders, broken down by year since January 1, 2023, including 2025 to date; and (b) for each cost in (a), what is the (i) title of the public office holder who incurred the cost, (ii) amount, (iii) description of the items reimbursed?

With regard to the Secretary of State (Labour): (a) does the secretary of State have their own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with their own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest-ranking public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since he was sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?

With regard to the Secretary of State (Seniors): (a) does the secretary of State have her own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with her own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest level public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since being sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?

With regard to the Secretary of State (International Development): (a) does the secretary of State have their own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with their own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest level public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since being sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?

With regard to the Secretary of State (Nature): (a) does the secretary of State have their own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with their own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest-ranking public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since she was sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?

With regard to the Secretary of State (Rural Development): (a) does the secretary of State have their own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with their own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest level public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since being sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?

With regard to the Secretary of State (Canada Revenue Agency and Financial Institutions): (a) does the secretary of State have their own department and departmental budget, and, if so, what is the name of the department and the budget; (b) does the government provide the secretary of State with their own car and driver; (c) does any deputy minister report to the secretary of State, and, if so, which one; (d) what is the highest-ranking public official who reports to the secretary of State; and (e) since he was sworn in, on how many days has the secretary of State attended a Cabinet meeting?
