With regard to the 21 conditions the government placed on Rogers Communications Inc. in 2023 related to the approval of its acquisition of Shaw Communications Inc.: (a) broken down by each of the 21 conditions, as of October 8, 2025, which conditions have (i) been fully met, (ii) been partially met, (iii) not been met; (b) for each condition that has not yet been fully met, what is the timeline by which the government expects Rogers Communications Inc. to fully meet the conditions; and (c) what consequences has the government imposed on Rogers Communications Inc. to date for not meeting the conditions, and what will be the consequences for any future conditions not met?

With regard to the terms and conditions imposed by the former Minister of Finance on the sale of HSBC Canada to the Royal Bank of Canada in December 2023: (a) which of the terms have been fully met to the government's satisfaction as of October 2, 2025; (b) which of the terms have not been met to the government's satisfaction as of October 2, 2025; (c) for each of the terms that have not been met, what deadline has the government set for each to be met, and what are the consequences if they are not met; and (d) have any punitive measures been imposed on the Royal Bank of Canada related to not meeting the terms, and, if so, what are the details of such measures?
