With regard to the Arthur Meighen Building located at 25 St. Clair Avenue East in Toronto: (a) is the government planning on changing the name of the Arthur Meighen Building, and, if so, (i) why, (ii) to what, (iii) which minister is responsible for this decision; (b) when will the government's rehabilitation project at the location be completed; and (c) what are the (i) costs incurred to date related to the project, (ii) estimated total costs of the project, in total and broken down by type of expense?

With regard to Canada Post offices in Leeds—Grenville—Thousand Islands—Rideau Lakes: (a) broken down by location, what are the details of all repairs, maintenance, renovations, upgrades and similar types of projects which have taken place over the past 10 years, broken down by year; (b) which of the projects in (a) were planned or scheduled, and which were unscheduled or in response to an unplanned event (such as repairs following a broken water pipe); (c) for each project in (a), what was the estimated cost; and (d) broken down by location, what are the details, including the anticipated costs and start dates, of all repairs, maintenance, renovations, upgrades and similar types of projects which are planned or scheduled to take place in the future?

With regard to government expenditures related to the renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of government buildings or properties in the National Capital Region, including within the Parliamentary Precinct, since November 1, 2022: (a) what are the total expenditures to date related to the purchase or rental of scaffolding, broken down by year; and (b) what is the breakdown of (a) by building or location, including the name and address of each?

With regard to the Place du Portage III Asset and Workplace Renewal Project: (a) what was the forecasted estimated total cost of the project in 2018, broken down by cost type, including internal salaries, professional services (including professional service fees and travel expenses) and internal services; (b) what have been the actual expenses incurred by cost type, including the cost of internal salaries, professional services, (including professional service fees and travel expenses) and internal services; (c) what is the current forecasted cost of the project; and (d) what are the details of all the contracts signed for this project with a value of more than $1 million, including (i) the date, (ii) the supplier, (iii) the value, (iv) a description of the goods or services, (v) the way the contract was awarded (sole-source contract or competitive bidding process)?

With regard to the Canada Post offices in Prescott and Athens, in Ontario: (a) broken down by location and by year, what are the details of all significant repairs, renovations, and upgrades (costing over $ 1,000) which have taken place over the past 10 years; (b) which of the projects in (a) were planned or scheduled, and which were unscheduled or in response to an unplanned event (such as repairs following a broken water pipe); (c) for each project in (a), what was the estimated cost; and (d) broken down by location, what are the details, including the anticipated costs and start dates, of all significant repairs, renovations, upgrades and similar types of projects which are planned or scheduled to take place in the future?

With regard to the government's renovation and rehabilitation of the West Memorial Building on Wellington Street in Ottawa: (a) what is the current projected cost of the renovation and rehabilitation project; (b) what are the details of all contracts signed with a value of over $ 1 million in relation to the project, including the (i) date, (ii) vendor, (iii) value, (iv) description of the goods or services, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid); (c) what is the expected completion date and timeline for tenants to move-in; and (d) how much and which parts of the renovated building will be occupied by (i) the Supreme Court, (ii) the Department of Justice, (iii) other government departments, agencies, or entities, broken down by each?

With regard to the renovations of Centre Block on Parliament Hill: (a) how much steel has been purchased to date in relation to the project; (b) of the steel purchased to date, what are the details, including the (i) manufacturer, (ii) country of origin; and (c) what is the project’s policy with regard to prioritizing the purchase of Canadian steel, if any, and on what date did said policy come into effect?
