With regard to ongoing or planned government IT projects with a budget of over $1 million: what are the details of each project, including the (i) project description and summary, (ii) total budget, (iii) estimated completion date?

With regard to the federal Tourism Growth Fund that was announced by the Minister of Tourism and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec on November 20, 2023: (a) how much of the $108 million from the Tourism Growth Fund has been spent as of June 1, 2025; (b) what is the spending breakdown for each of the seven regional development agencies, including the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions, the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, the Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario, Prairies Economic Development Canada and Pacific Economic Development Canada; and (c) within each of the seven regional development agencies, (i) what is the spending breakdown between for-profit and non-profit tourism projects, (ii) what is the name of each tourism project that received money from the Tourism Growth Fund, (iii) what is the date of each project funding announcement, (iv) how much money did each tourism project receive from the Tourism Growth Fund, (v) in what federal riding is each tourism project located, (vi) what is the description of each project that received funds from the Tourism Growth Fund?

With regard to federal funding for ferries, broken down by fiscal year since 2015-16: what are the details of all federal grants, contributions and loans related to capital or operating costs for ferries, including the (i) name of the recipient, (ii) province or territory in which the recipient is located, (iii) date the funding was received, (iv) amount received, (v) department or agency that provided the funding, (vi) program under which the grant, contribution or loan was made, (vii) nature or purpose of the funding?

With regard to the funding of substance use and harm reduction programs, since January 2022: (a) which contribution agreements have provided funding that was used by recipients for the purchase or distribution of pipes, including through (i) the Substance Use and Addictions Program, (ii) the Emergency Treatment Fund, (iii) the Harm Reduction Fund, (iv) any other program run by Health Canada or the Public Health Agency of Canada; and (b) what are the details of each funding agreement which allowed for the purchase or distribution of pipes, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) recipient, (iii) value of the agreement, (iv) location, (v) approximate number of pipes purchased, (vi) approximate value of the pipes, (vii) number of pipes distributed, (viii) amount of the agreement funding that was used to purchase the pipes?

With regard to the Defence Investment Agency under Public Services and Procurement Canada: what projects are currently being managed by the Defence Investment Agency, broken down by (i) air, (ii) land, (iii) sea, (iv) space, (v) cyber, (vi) emerging technologies, (vii) training and simulation, (viii) surveillance and reconnaissance, (ix) command, control, communications, computers and intelligence (C41), (x) joint support and sustainment, (xi) missiles, rockets, ammunition and other munitions, (xii) personal equipment and protection systems, (xiii) real property?

With regard to the government's Kosher and Halal Investment Program: (a) what is the total amount committed to date to (i) Kosher, (ii) Halal, facilities; and (b) what are the details of all funding commitments made to date, including the (i) recipient, (ii) location, (iii) amount of federal funding commitment, (iv) purpose of the funding, (v) date of the commitment?

With regard to the Climate Action Incentive Fund, broken down by province and year: how much money was returned through the Climate Action Incentive Fund's Municipalities, Universities, Schools and Hospitals Retrofit stream, broken down by (i) municipality, (ii) university, (iii) school, (iv) hospital?

With regard to the statement in the government's news release on December 10, 2024, that "the 2024 Fall Economic Statement will double the loan limit for the Canada Secondary Suite Loan Program to $80,000, and launch the program in early 2025": (a) on what date did the program launch; (b) how many people have applied to the program since it launched in early 2025; and (c) what is the total value of loans provided through the program, broken down by month since it launched in early 2025?

With regard to the government's Canadian Quantum Champions Program : (a) what selection process was used to determine that Anyon Systems, Nord Quantique, Photonic, and Xanadu Quantum Technologies would be the recipients of funding during Phase 1 of this program; (b) what plan, if any, is in place to ensure a diverse, competitive, and open selection process for this program, or will every company be hand selected as the phases roll out; (c) which of the Phase 1 contribution agreements under the Canadian Quantum Champions Program include any procurement rules or intellectual property sovereignty guardrails that would prevent the $23 million in public funds provided to each company from being used to purchase sensitive quantum components, subsystems, or operational services from foreign companies, and what are the rules or guardrails associated with each company's funding agreement; and (d) what measures, if any, are in place to ensure that recipients of this funding maintain their headquarters and jobs in Canada, both now and in the future, including the details of any financial penalties for non-compliance or moving jobs abroad that are included in the agreements?

With regard to job and skills training programs funded through Employment and Social Development Canada: (a) how does the government assess the effectiveness of these programs; (b) for each program funded, what is the completion rate for participants of the program; (c) what proportion of participants, in each program, are (i) Indigenous, (ii) living with a disability, (iii) experiencing long-term unemployment, (iv) recent immigrants to Canada, (v) formerly incarcerated; (d) what are the completion rates of each program, broken down by the groups in (c)(i) to (c)(v); (e) what percentage of participants who have completed such a program are able to find jobs which use the skills they have learned, broken down by each program; and (f) for each group in (c)(i) to (c)(v), what percentage of participants who have completed a program are able to find jobs which use the skills that they have learned, broken down by each program?

With regard to Veterans Affairs Canada services: (a) how many veterans and veterans’ families accessed the Veterans Affairs Canada Assistance Service last year and what was the cost to provide this service; (b) how many surviving spouses accessed the Veterans Affairs Canada Assistance Service last year and what was the cost to provide this service; (c) how many surviving spouses accessed the "specialized bereavement services" for a service-related death (through Health Canada or any other provider) last year and what was the cost to provide this service; (d) how many spouses of injured members participated in the Veterans Affairs Canada Rehabilitation Program last year and what was the cost to provide this service; (e) how many surviving spouses participated in the Veterans Affairs Canada Rehabilitation Program last year and what was the cost to provide this service; and (f) what are the government's forecasts for the number of military members and veterans expected to need Veterans Affairs Canada services for a lifelong catastrophic injury and what are the highest cost projections for catastrophic lifelong injuries?

With regard to the Canadian Armed Forces and Veterans Affairs Canada, since 2006 and broken down by year: (a) how many Canadian Armed Forces and veteran deaths have been designated service related; (b) how many surviving spouses, guardians and orphans were receiving monthly and ongoing Earnings Loss Benefits or Income Replacement Benefits for a service related death, broken down by type (spouse, guardian, orphan); (c) how many surviving spouses, guardians and orphans have received the two year lump sum for Earnings Loss Benefits or Income Replacement Benefits for a non service related death, broken down by type (spouse, guardian, orphan); (d) how many spouses of injured members participated in the Veterans Affairs Canada Rehabilitation Program and what was the cost to provide; (e) how many surviving spouses accessed the Veterans Affairs Canada Assistance Service and what was the cost to provide this service; (f) how many surviving spouses accessed the Veterans Affairs Canada "specialized bereavement service" and what was the cost to provide this service; and (g) how many surviving spouses accessed Veterans Affairs Canada rehabilitation and what was the cost to provide this service?

With regard to the program evaluation of the College and Community Innovation Program and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council’s Community and College Social Innovation Fund, launched in May 2024: (a) what is the current status of this evaluation; (b) when will the evaluation be completed; (c) where and when will the results of the evaluation be published and made available to the public; and (d) if the results are not being made available to the public, (i) why not, (ii) who made the decision to keep them secret?
