With regard to the government sanctions on Myanmar: (a) how many and which individuals, organizations, and firms associated with the Tatmadaw are currently sanctioned by the government, broken down by (i) individuals directly employed by, or holding leadership positions within, the Tatmadaw, (ii) individuals associated with paramilitary organizations aligned or associated with the Tatmadaw, (iii) organizations and firms with links to the Tatmadaw, (iv) firms with business operations in Myanmar; (b) have there been any studies conducted that have examined the possibility of expanding sanctions against the Tatmadaw and associated individuals and organizations, and, if so, what are the details of each study; (c) has there been a measurable impact of Canadian and international sanctions on the ability of the Tatmadaw to conduct combat operations, and, if so, what is the impact; and (d) has the government assessed the links between the conflict in Myanmar and the illegal drug trade in Canada, and, if so, what are those links?

With regard to the Sanctions Bureau within Global Affairs Canada: (a) how many employees or fulltime equivalent positions has the Sanctions Bureau employed, broken down by month since December 2021; (b) how many permit applications has the bureau received for each month since December 2021, and of those, how many (i) have been approved, (ii) have been rejected, (iii) are waiting for a decision; (c) how many delisting applications has the bureau received for each month since December 2021, and of those, how many (i) have been approved, (ii) have been rejected, (iii) are waiting for a decision; and (d) how many complaints has the bureau received for each month since December 2021?

With regard to the government's response to Canadian companies associating or conducting business with Hezbollah and other listed terrorist entities: (a) since 2021, have any Canadian companies been sanctioned by the government for associating or conducting business with (i) Hezbollah, (ii) another listed terrorist entity; and (b) what are the details of each instance in (a), including the (i) date, (ii) name of the Canadian company sanctioned, (iii) details of the sanction and related enforcement action, (iv) name of the terrorist entity the company was associating or conducting business with?

With regard to the Canada Border Services Agency and the administration and implementation of sanctions under the United Nations Act, the Special Economic Measures Act, and the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act: what is the current number of employees doing sanctions-related work (i) full-time, (ii) part-time, broken down by import and export context?

With regard to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the administration and implementation of sanctions under the United Nations Act, the Special Economic Measures Act, and the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act: what is the current number of employees doing sanctions-related work (i) full-time, (ii) part-time, broken down by division?

With regard to Global Affairs Canada and the development and administration of regulations: what is the current number of employees doing sanction-related work, including packages, permits, and delisting requests, full or part-time, broken down by geographical desk for (i) Russia, (ii) Iran, (iii) Venezuela, (iv) Nicaragua, (v) Haiti, (vi) Sri Lanka, (vii) North Korea, (viii) Myanmar?

With regard to the Department of Finance and the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada: what is the current number of employees doing sanctions-related work (i) full-time, (ii) part-time, broken down by sanctions governed by the United Nations Act, the Special Economic Measures Act, and the Justice for Victims of Corrupt Foreign Officials Act?
