With regard to the development of the Canadian sustainable finance taxonomy: for all documents, including scientific analyses, life cycle analyses, emissions assessments, methodological criteria, internal opinions, documents submitted to Cabinet or the Treasury Board, draft or unpublished versions, analyses produced by external consultants and any assessments of the inclusion of fossil fuel activities and greenwashing risks, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary?

With regard to changes made to the format or display of government reports, publications or disclosures which appear in government publications or on government websites in the last five years, broken down by department or agency: (a) what changes have been made and which reports, publications and websites were subject to the change; (b) on what date did each change in (a) go into effect; and (c) what are the details of all contracts signed with consultants or third parties related to the changes, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) vendor, (iii) description of the goods or services, (iv) value, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid)?

With regard to any analysis, briefing notes, reports, memoranda or presentations prepared for the Minister of Transport, the Deputy Minister, or senior officials at Transport Canada, since January 1, 2020, concerning airport governance models, airport authority structures, federal airport lease arrangements or options to attract private-sector capital investment in airports: (a) how many such documents exist; (b) what are the titles, authors and dates of each document; (c) which federal departments, agencies or Crown corporations contributed to the preparation of these documents; (d) were any external stakeholders consulted during the preparation of these documents, and, if so, which organizations or individuals; and (e) were any outside firms or consultants contracted to support this work, and, if so, what were the details of each contract, including the (i) vendor, (ii) value, (iii) date, (iv) description of the goods or services provided, (v) purpose, (vi) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid)?

With regard to the absence of significant new greenhouse gas reduction measures in budget 2025: for all documents, including scientific analyses, transition scenarios, emissions trajectory modelling, sectoral analyses, economic assessments, internal technical guidance, documents sent to Cabinet, preliminary or unpublished versions, and analyses of rejected options, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary of the contents?

With regard to the federal initiative to establish “one assessment” process with the provinces, pursuant to sections 16 and 31 of the Impact Assessment Act: for all documents, including scientific analyses, environmental modelling, climate, ecological and cumulative risk assessments, internal technical opinions, briefing notes, exchanges between senior officials and ministers’ offices, documents forwarded to Cabinet, drafts and analyses of the risks of undermining the scientific integrity of federal processes, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary?

With regard to the federal government's decision to consult only with insurance companies on climate risks: for all documents, including climate risk models, household and infrastructure exposure analyses, economic assessments, internal technical opinions, studies prepared by subcontractors, briefing notes, documents sent to Cabinet, draft or unpublished versions, and analyses of rejected options for possible prevention measures, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary of the content?

With regard to the absence of a comprehensive update to the 2030 Emissions Reduction Plan: for all documents, including scientific analyses, sectoral trajectory modelling, internal assessments of the contributions of current measures, international benchmarking, internal technical guidance, documents sent to Cabinet, preliminary or unpublished versions, and analyses produced by consultants, what are the details, including the (i) date, (ii) sender, (iii) type of document, (iv) title of the document, (v) summary?

With regard to the federal government’s decisions involving the suspension, postponement or modification of the Zero Emission standard: for all documents, including scientific analyses, modelling on avoided emissions, projections of adoption by province (particularly for Quebec), economic assessments, internal technical guidance, documents sent to Cabinet or the Treasury Board, preliminary or unpublished versions, and analyses produced by consultants, what are the details, including (i) the date, (ii) the sender, (iii) the type of document, (iv) the title of the document, (v) a summary of the contents?
