With regard to Atomic Energy of Canada Limited and the management of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories: (a) what is the annual value of, and costs associated with, the management contract with the Canadian National Energy Alliance, since the Alliance took over management of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories; and (b) what are the projected values and costs associated with the Nuclear Laboratory Partners of Canada Inc. contract to manage Canadian Nuclear Laboratories, including any expenses associated with breaking or delaying the implementation of the contract?
