With regard to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation/Société Radio-Canada (CBC/Radio-Canada): (a) how many settlement agreements has CBC/Radio-Canada signed with CBC/Radio-Canada employees, either directly or through employee unions, for each of the last 10 years; (b) of those settlement agreements, how many contained (i) non-disclosure provisions, (ii) non-disparagement provisions, (iii) confidentiality provisions or clauses; (c) how much has CBC/Radio-Canada paid out in settlements for each of the last 10 years, broken down by settlements and the amounts paid; (d) how many workers or contractors of CBC/Radio-Canada filed harassment complaints for each of the last 10 years; (e) of those complaints, how many were investigated; and (f) of those complaints, how many were resolved by settlement agreements with non-disclosure, non-disparagement or confidentiality provisions?

With regard to the government of Canada's spending on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) in 2023: what is the breakdown of spending allocated to CBC Radio, CBC News, CBC Radio One, CBC Music, Radio‑Canada Première, ICI Musique, CBC television, lci Radio‑Canada Télé, CBC News Network, lci RDI, lci Explora, Documentary Channel, lci ARTV, CBC North, Radio-Canada Nord, Radio Canada International, CBC.ca, Radio-Canada.ca, CBC Sports (English and French), CBC Radio 3 digital, CBC Music and lci.mu digital, lci.TOU.TV, the CBC advertising sales department, the Radio-Canada sales department, and the marketing and promotions budgets for CBC and Radio-Canada?

With regard to government advertising expenditures with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): (a) how much did each department, agency or other government entity spend on advertising with the CBC, in each of the last five fiscal years, including 2022-23; and (b) what is the breakdown of (a) by campaign and location, or type of advertising (CBC television, CBC Gem, CBC website, etc.)?

With regard to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): (a) have the shows (i) Keep Your Head Up, Kid: The Don Cherry Story, (ii) Wrath of Grapes: The Don Cherry Story II, (iii) Trudeau, (iv) Trudeau II: Maverick in the Making, (v) Prairie Giant: The Tommy Douglas Story, been removed from CBC Gem and other online CBC platforms; and (b) if the answer to (a) is affirmative, what are the details of the removal of each show, including, for each, (i) why it was removed, (ii) what steps the CBC has taken to preserve the content, (iii) the dates on which it was removed, (iv) who made the decision to remove the content, (v) the date on which the Minister of Canadian Heritage became aware of the shows' removal, (vi) the actions taken by the Minister of Canadian Heritage, if any, to ensure that these and other heritage shows were preserved?

With regard to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): (a) how many transmission towers does the CBC own or operate; (b) what are the details of each tower owned or operated by the CBC, including (i) its location, (ii) the tower type, (iii) whether the tower is owned, (iv) whether the tower is operated but not owned, including the name of the entity that owns the tower, (v) what the tower is used for, (vi) whether the tower is in service, (vii) the tower height, (viii) whether any other entity operates on the tower, and, if so, the name of the entity, (ix) the number of households the tower services, (x) the date the tower was installed; (c) how many spectrum licenses does the the CBC hold; (d) what are the details of each spectrum license in (c), including, (i) the frequency, (ii) the band, (iii) the year the license was originally obtained, (iv) the cost to obtain the license, (v) how the license was obtained (i.e. auction, etc.), (vi) the length of the license, (vii) the service tier the license was issued for, (viii) the number of households the license services, (ix) the date the license expires or is up for renewal, (x) the type of service the license supports (i.e. television, radio, etc.); (e) how much fibre optic cable does the CBC own; (f) what are the details of the fibre cable in (e), including (i) its location, (ii) what the fibre optic cable is used for, (iii) the source of backhaul the fibre optic cable is connected to, including the name of the supplier, (iv) the date the fibre optic cable was obtained or installed, (v) whether any other entity operates on, or leases, the fibre optic cable, and, if so, the name of the entity; and (g) what is the total asset value of the (i) towers, (ii) spectrum licenses, (iii) fibre optic cables, currently owned by the CBC?

With regard to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and Société Radio-Canada (SRC): how many (i) non-disclosure agreements, (ii) non-disparagement agreements, and (iii) confidentiality agreements have the CBC and the SRC signed with employees and contractors for each year in the last 10 years?

With regard to real estate properties leased or owned by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): (a) in what cities does the CBC (i) own, (ii) lease, its properties; (b) what is the total estimated or assessed value of properties owned by the CBC; (c) what was the total amount paid for leases by the CBC in the 2022-23 fiscal year; (d) what is the breakdown of (b) by property owned, including, for each, the address; and (e) what is the breakdown of (c) by city where property is leased?

With regard to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC): how much advertising revenue did the CBC receive from government departments, agencies, and other Crown corporations during the 2023-24 fiscal year?

With regard to requests made by CBC/Radio-Canada to social media companies to take down, edit, ban, or change in any other way social media content, posts, or accounts, since January 1, 2020: what are the details of all such requests, including (i) who made the request, (ii) the date, (iii) the social media platform, (iv) the description of the original content, including the name or the handle associated with the post, (v) the description of the change requested, (vi) whether the social media company abided by the request?
