With regard to section 157 of the Financial Administration Act: (a) which reports, required by law to be laid before either House of Parliament, have been discontinued by order of the Governor in Council, pursuant to that section; and (b) for each such tabling requirement which has been discontinued, by which Order in Council was its discontinuation directed?

With regard to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada: (a) is the government planning any changes to strengthen the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act following Aylo’s refusal to abide by the recommendations in the February 29, 2024 report from the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; and (b) is the government planning any other action to ensure future compliance with the recommendations of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, and, if so, what are the details, including the timeline, of any such action?

With regard to the Major Projects Office: (a) what are the details of each project which has been referred to the office, including, for each, (i) the name of the project, (ii) its location, (iii) a description of the project; (b) for each project in (a), what is the current status and timeline; (c) what measures has the Major Projects Office implemented to accelerate project progress; and (d) what concrete results has the Major Projects Office delivered in the advancement of these projects?
