With regard to electric vehicle charging stations located on property owned by the government, including Parliament Hill, or by government agencies such as Parks Canada: what was the daily average number of cars that used each charging station, broken down by month, since January 1, 2024, and by location of charging station?

With regard to electric vehicle charging stations funded or subsidized by the government: (a) how many chargers have been funded or subsidized since January 1, 2016; (b) what is the breakdown of (a) by province and municipality; (c) what was the total government expenditure on each charging station, broken down by location; (d) on what date was each station installed; (e) which charging stations are currently open to the public; and (f) what is the current cost of electricity for users of the public charging stations?

With regard to Canada Post's ownership of the building located at 530 Gaston Avenue in Kelowna, British Columbia: (a) what are the plans for the future of the building, including the timeline for the plans; (b) what are the details of all significant renovations that (i) are ongoing or have been completed in the last five years, (ii) are planned for each of the next five years; and (c) what is the estimated cost of each item in (b)(i) and (b)(ii)?

With regard to the government’s reciprocal arrangements under section 89 of the Canada Shipping Act, 2001 and the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers: (a) how many Canadian endorsements have been issued to foreign seafarers under these arrangements since January 1, 2019, broken down by year and country; (b) how many Canadian seafarers is the government aware of that have had their certificates recognized abroad under these arrangements, broken down by year and country; (c) what is the current number of foreign seafarers working in Canada under these endorsements, in total, and broken down by vessel type and employer class; (d) what compliance audits or reviews have been conducted by Transport Canada to verify reciprocity since 2019; and (e) since 2019, how many random spot checks did Transport Canada complete to verify knowledge and language proficiency of certificate holders provided by endorsements to work in Canada under the reciprocal agreements, broken down by year, month and location?

With regard to section 31 of the Conflict of Interest Act: (a) what are the details of all administration of blind trust related costs which were incurred by and reimbursed to public office holders, broken down by year since January 1, 2023, including 2025 to date; and (b) for each cost in (a), what is the (i) title of the public office holder who incurred the cost, (ii) amount, (iii) description of the items reimbursed?

With regard to Air Passenger Protection Regulations complaints filed with the Canada Transportation Agency: (a) what is (i) the number of complaints, (ii) the length of the current backlog of complaints; (b) for current outstanding complaints, what is the breakdown by airline; and (c) in the last two years, in cases where the Canadian Transportation Agency has made a ruling, how many and what percentage of complaints have resulted in a ruling that (i) required the airline to pay compensation, (ii) did not require the airline to pay compensation, in total and broken down by airline?

With regard to the $5 billion in funding through the Disaster Financial Assistance Arrangements to British Columbia, committed in the 2021 Fall Economic Statement, in response to extreme weather events: (a) how much of this commitment has been delivered to British Columbia to date, in total, and broken down by specific project funded; (b) when will the outstanding amount be delivered; and (c) what is required before the outstanding amount is provided to British Columbia?

With regard to government buildings obtaining Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification and broken down by department, agency, Crown corporation, or other government entity: (a) what was the total expenditure related to obtaining or maintaining Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, broken down by year, for each of the last five years; (b) what is the breakdown of (a) by type of expenditure; (c) what are the details of all contracts entered into by the government related to obtaining or maintaining Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification since 2019, including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) vendor, (iii) amount, (iv) description of the goods or services, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (sole-sourced or competitive bid); (d) what are the details of any payments made by the government to the Canada Green Building Council since 2019, including, for each, the (i) amount, (ii) type of payment (grant, loan, contract for services), (iii) date, (iv) purpose; (e) what are the details of any payments made to any international organization since 2019, such as the US Green Building Council, related to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification, including, for each, the (i) amount, (ii) type of payment, (iii) date, (iv) purpose, (v) recipient organization; (f) how many government buildings currently have Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification; (g) what are the details of the buildings in (f), including, for each, the (i) name, if applicable, (ii) address, (iii) location (city, province), (iv) type of building; and (h) for each building in (g), how much has the government paid to date for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification?
