With regard to the implementation of United Nations Security Council resolution 2286, Canada's role as co-chair of the United Nations Security Council’s Group of Friends of Resolution 2286 and Canada's obligations and activities related to the protection of humanitarian medical missions in armed conflict: (a) what actions has the government taken since May 3, 2016, to implement United Nations Security Council resolution 2286; (b) which federal departments, agencies, or entities have responsibility for implementation, monitoring, policy development, operationalization, or enforcement of United Nations Security Council resolution 2286; (c) on what dates has the Group of Friends met since Canada assumed the role of co-chair; (d) which states, international organizations, civil society organizations, humanitarian organizations, or experts were invited to each meeting; (e) which attendees participated in each meeting; (f) what were the agenda items for each meeting; (g) what commitments, recommendations, or action items resulted from each meeting; (h) what future initiatives or reforms is Canada currently advancing through the Group of Friends; (i) what diplomatic démarches, statements, resolutions, negotiations, or interventions has Canada undertaken since May 3, 2016, in response to attacks on hospitals, clinics, ambulances, medical personnel, humanitarian workers, or patients in armed conflicts; (j) how many prosecutions have occurred under the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act involving allegations related to attacks on health care in armed conflict since May 3, 2016; and (k) how many individuals does the government believe are currently in Canada who were involved in, or the government has reason to believe were involved in, (i) attacks on health care during armed conflict, (ii) attacks on humanitarian personnel, (iii) war crimes involving medical facilities or personnel, (iv) grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, (v) human rights abuses involving medical personnel or patients?
