Could Environment Canada provide a list of all contracts awarded since the beginning of fiscal year 1994-95 to date, by constituency, including for each entry: (a) the amount and date of each award; (b) the name and address of the private or public establishment receiving the award; (c) whether it was given on a competitive basis or not; (d) the amount actually spent by the department to date; and (e) a brief narrative description of the purpose of the contract; and, besides the required paper response, could an electronic format accessible by Excel or Access be supplied?
