With regard to the Minister of Health's statement during Question Period on May 28, 2026 where she stated "I would also say that we have taken the right measures, because after our conversation with the board, they removed the CEO of the company": (a) what were the specific "measures" she was referring to; (b) who were the individuals defined as "our" when referring to the "conversation with the board"; (c) what board members were present during the "conversation" the Minister referred to; and (d) on what date did the "conversation" the Minister referred to occur, and at what location?

With regard to Health Canada's Special Access Program, since 2016, and broken down by calendar year: how many applications for restricted drugs, as listed under Part J of the Food and Drug Regulations, were (i) received, (ii) approved, (iii) denied, under the program, broken down by the specific name of the substance or drug?

With regard to government funding for health organizations, since January 1, 2016, and broken down by year and by department or agency that provided the funding: (a) what was the total amount provided in government grants, contributions, and funding agreements for the (i) Canadian Centre on Substance Use and Addiction, (ii) Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health, (iii) Canadian Institute for Health Information, (iv) Canadian Foundation for Healthcare Improvement, (v) Canadian Patient Safety Institute, (vi) Canadian Partnership Against Cancer, (vii) Mental Health Commission of Canada; and (b) what are the details of all the grants, contributions, or other funding agreements, such as loans or contracts with any of the organizations in (a), including, for each, the (i) date, (ii) amount, (iii) type of contribution (loan, non-repayable grant, etc.), (iv) repayment terms, if applicable, and how much has been repaid to date, (v) purpose?

With regard to the data contained in quarterly reports submitted to the Office of Controlled Substances pursuant to Condition 11 of the "Subsection 56(1) class exemption in relation to urgent public health need sites in the provinces and territories", since 2023, and broken down by province or territory, further broken down by reporting quarter: (a) what was the (i) total number of visits, (ii) total number of consumption visits; (b) what are the general demographics of clients served, broken down by (i) age, (ii) gender, (iii) race or ethnicity; and (c) what is the number of overdoses and drug emergencies, broken down by (i) fatal, (ii) non-fatal, (iii) those requiring naloxone administration?

With regard to government information about and funding for PrescribeIT: (a) how much federal funding was (i) allocated, (ii) spent, broken down by direct funding and indirect funding provided through the Canada Health Infoway; (b) what were the stated objectives, performance targets, and adoption benchmarks of the program, and to what extent were they met; (c) according to the best information available to the government, how many healthcare providers registered to use PrescribeIT and, of those, how many were actively using the system, broken down by province and territory; (d) what percentage of prescriptions in Canada were transmitted through PrescribeIT (i) at its peak, (ii) at the time of its discontinuation; (e) which specific government ministers and officials (i) proposed, (ii) approved, Prescribe IT broken down by date, type of approval, and which part of the development process each approved; (f) what are the details, including dates, methodology and findings, of all research, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, or pilot evaluations conducted prior to the approval and rollout of the program; (g) what internal audits, evaluations, or third-party reviews have been conducted on PrescribeIT, and will the government make those reports public; and (h) what steps, if any, have been taken to hold individuals or organizations accountable for the outcomes of the program or to recover any of the money lost?

With regard to proceedings before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, broken down by year since 2018: (a) how many refugee protection claim hearings occurred; (b) of the refugee protection claim hearings in (a), in how many cases did Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (i) appear in person, (ii) appear virtually, (iii) not appear at all, broken down by Immigration and Refugee Board division; (c) of the hearings in which Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada did not appear, how many and what percentage of total refugee protection claim hearings does this represent, broken down by Immigration and Refugee Board division; (d) in cases where Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada did not appear, how many claims were (i) accepted, (ii) rejected, (iii) withdrawn or abandoned; and (e) in cases where Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada did appear, how many claims were (i) accepted, (ii) rejected, (iii) withdrawn or abandoned?

With regard to the National School Food Program: (a) since 2024, how much money has been spent by the program, broken down by year; (b) of the funding in (a), how much was spent on (i) administration costs, (ii) food costs; (c) how much has each province and territory received from the program, broken down by year; (d) how many meals have been funded by the program, broken down by year and by province or territory; (e) for the meals financed in (c), what has been the (i) federal government’s, (ii) provincial and territorial government’s share of the cost of the meals provided to date, broken down by province or territory; and (f) what is the total number of students in each province or territory, and of those students, how many and what percentage (or estimate, if exact numbers are not available) of the students have received meals through the program to date?

With regard to the Canada Revenue Agency's offices: (a) how many offices does the Canada Revenue Agency maintain in Canada, broken down by census metropolitan area; (b) what is the location of each office; (c) how many Canada Revenue Agency staff work at each office in (b); (d) for each office in (b), (i) are Canada Revenue Agency staff currently allowed access to the office to work, (ii) is the public allowed access to the office; (e) for each office that is not open to either Canada Revenue Agency staff, the public or both, is there an expected timeline for reopening that building, and, if so, what is the timeline for (i) Canada Revenue Agency staff, (ii) the public; (f) for each office that is closed to either Canada Revenue Agency staff, the public or both, (i) who made the decision to keep the office closed, (ii) when was that decision made; and (g) have any briefing notes been prepared for the Minister of National Revenue or their staff regarding the potential re-opening of closed Canada Revenue Agency offices, and, if so, what are the details of those briefing notes, including, for each, the (i) date it was prepared, (ii) author, (iii) recipients, (iv) internal department tracking number, (v) title?

With regard to the Canada Revenue Agency office at 166 Frederick Street in Kitchener, Ontario: (a) does the government own the building in which the Canada Revenue Agency office is located; (b) if the answer to (a) is negative, (i) who owns the building, (ii) what is the current monthly rental or leasing rate, (iii) since March 2020, how much has the government paid to rent or lease the office space; (c) if the answer to (a) is affirmative, for that property, since March 2020, and broken down by year, how much has the government transferred the (i) City of Kitchener, (ii) Regional Municipality of Waterloo, through the Payments in Lieu of Taxes program; and (d) for that property, since March 2020, and broken down by year, how much has the government paid for (i) cleaning, (ii) heating, (iii) electricity, (iv) water and sewage, (v) security, (vi) other expenses required for operating the building, broken down by type?
