With regard to complaints received by the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, broken down by year since January 1, 2016: (a) what is the total number of complaints (i) received, (ii) resolved; and (b) for all the complaints in (a), what are the types of bodies the complaints are between, broken down by (i) person to person, (ii) business to person, (iii) person to business, (iv) business to business?

With regard to complaints received by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission, broken down by year since January 1, 2016: (a) what is the total number of complaints (i) received, (ii) resolved; (b) what was the average resolution time, in days, for complaints regarding (i) radio, (ii) television, (iii) telecommunications, (iv) other, broken down by type; (c) what is the total number of complaint proceedings (i) started, (ii) completed; and (d) what is the average completion time, in days, for proceedings in (i) radio, (ii) television), (iii) telecommunications, (iv) other?

With regard to Transport Canada and airport authorities, broken down by year since January 1, 2016: (a) what is the total amount of taxes, fees, rent payments, and lease payments collected from airport authorities, broken down by airport; and (b) what are the total amounts given as grants and contributions to airport authorities for infrastructure improvements, broken down by (i) airport, (ii) project funded?

With regard to Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada’s wireless infrastructure, broken down by year since January 1, 2016: (a) how much money has been collected in revenues from (i) wireless spectrum auctions, (ii) annual wireless spectrum licensing fees; (b) what were the total amounts given as grants and contributions towards the construction, improvement or expansion of wireless infrastructure; and (c) what is the breakdown of (b) by wireless provider or company directly impacted by the grant or contribution?

With regard to Environment and Climate Change Canada’s funding of the barn swallow nesting structure project in Prince Edward Point: (a) what was the cost of the project, in total, and broken down by item and type of expense; and (b) what are the details of all contracts related to the project, including, for each, the (i) amount, (ii) vendor, (iii) date and duration, (iv) description of the goods or services provided, (v) manner in which the contract was awarded (i.e. sole-sourced or competitive bid)?

With regard to intellectual property created by grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research, since April 1, 2016: (a) what are the details of all grants and contributions, broken down by fiscal year, including, for each, the (i) recipient, (ii) organization (if applicable), (iii) date, (iv) description and title of the project funded, (v) amount requested, (vi) amount provided, (vii) intellectual property created by the funding; and (b) for each intellectual property created, who has the property rights?

With regard to the April 21, 2023, news release by the Office of the Prime Minister on the Volkswagen battery plant in St. Thomas, Ontario: (a) what methodology was used to calculate the announced 3,000 direct jobs generated by the battery plant, including the formula and figures used in the methodology; (b) what is the explanation for how each formula or figure used in (a) was arrived at; (c) what methodology was used to calculate the announced 30,000 indirect jobs generated by the battery plant, including the formula and figures used in the methodology; and (d) what is the explanation for how each formula or figure used in (c) was arrived at?

With regard to the government's announcement related to the electric battery plant with Stellantis Canada in Windsor, Ontario: what is the contracted construction schedule of the battery plant, including the anticipated day that each stage of development will begin, until battery production commences?

With regard to Global Affairs Canada, since 2015: (a) what is the total amount of funds dispersed through the CanExport SMEs program, broken down by fiscal year; and (b) what are the details of all recipients of funding for each fiscal year of funding in (a), including (i) the name, (ii) the province of operation, (iii) the sector, (iv) the funding requested, (v) the funding granted, (vi) the intended non-travel activity indicated in the application, (vii) whether the recipient successfully exported their product?

With regard to Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s 2022 Business Accelerators and Incubators Performance Measurement Framework Survey: (a) how many accelerators and incubators (i) were invited to respond, (ii) responded; (b) for each respondent in (a), what were their responses to questions in Part A of the survey, broken down by question; (c) how many companies (i) were invited to respond, (ii) responded; and (d) for each respondent in (c), what were their responses to questions in Part B of the survey, broken down by question?

With regard to Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s Venture Capital Catalyst Initiative (VCCI), since its inception in 2017: (a) what is the total amount of funds committed, broken down by fund or funds; and (b) for each fund or funds in (a), what are the details of all investments made, broken down by fiscal year, including the (i) name of the investee, (ii) location, (iii) date of the investment, (iv) amount invested, (v) monetary return on the investment, (vi) current operational status of the investee?

With regard to the response from Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada to Order Paper question Q-1476, for each grant and contribution listed in the response: (a) what is the proposed number of Canadians who would be affected by the funding; (b) what is the actual number of Canadians affected by the funding; and (c) what is the current status of the project?

With regard to Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada’s auction of the 3,500 megahertz band of wireless spectrum, conducted on July 29, 2021: (a) for each of the wireless spectrum licences auctioned off, which entity (i) originally purchased the license at the auction, (ii) currently owns the licence; and (b) for each instance where the current owner is different than the original owner, what are the details of the transfer, including the (i) previous owner, (ii) new owner, (iii) license and description of what was transferred, (iv) date of the transaction, (v) date of the ministerial approval?

With regard to government grants and contributions since January 1, 2016, broken down by fiscal year: what is the total amount of government grants and program contributions given to any telecommunications company, broken down by (i) date, (ii) company, (iii) program, (iv) project description, (v) amount requested, (vi) amount received?

With regard to the public service: (a) how many employees occupy or have been assigned more than one physical office on government property; (b) of the employees in (a), how many are (i) executives, (ii) other employees; and (c) for each employee in (a), what is (i) their title and classification, (ii) the number of offices they have, (iii) the buildings and cities where their offices are located, (iv) the reason for having multiple offices?

With regard to expenditures on chauffeur-driven vehicles or similar types of car and driver services for ministers, exempt staff, or senior government officials, since January 1, 2018, excluding expenditures associated with the government's fleet of executive vehicles: what are the details of all such expenditures, including, for each, the (i) start and end dates of the vehicle usage, (ii) amount, (iii) individual for whom the vehicle was used, (iv) pick up location, (v) destination, (vi) type of vehicle, (vii) vendor?

With regard to usage of the government's Airbus CC-150 Polaris aircraft, since September 1, 2022: what are the details of the legs of each flight, including the (i) date, (ii) point of departure, (iii) destination, (iv) number of passengers, (v) names and titles of the passengers, excluding security or Canadian Armed Forces members, (vi) total catering bill related to the flight, (vii) volume of fuel used, or an estimate, (viii) amount spent on fuel?
